Welcome to the North Star Taipei Hostel*! Getting around the city is easy and convenient, especially if you have an EasyCard. Once you arrive, you should purchase a card at the MRT station.

An EasyCard costs NT$100. When using the card for the first time, you must add at least NT$16 to it. The card has many uses. After you purchase your card, we suggest reading our blog post Five Great Ways to Use Your EasyCard! to learn more. When you are finished using the card, you can return it and get back the remaining balance. Be careful not to lose it!
