Consonants [ θ ] & [ ð ]

The consonant “th” can be read [θ] as in the word “through,” and can also be read [ð] as in the word “weather.” The “th” sound is more heavily pronounced when read as [ð] rather than [θ].

Listen to the words and repeat. Pay attention to the “th” sound.
