A Potluck

M: Hey, Leah. Do you have any plans on Saturday night?

W: No, not really. What are you doing?

M: Well, I’m having an international1 potluck* at my apartment. Would you like to come?

W: That sounds great! I’d love to attend2. I feel a little homesick3, and would like to share something from home with my fellow4 classmates. I can make a Chinese dish5—Kung Pao chicken* for everyone to try.

M: Great. I know that Carlos is bringing a traditional6 Mexican dish. I will be making Tiramisu* for dessert7. Here’s my address. The potluck will start around 7 p.m. See you then.
